For $100 you should be able to get a decent set with full foot fins, a dry snorkel and a nice mask.

The low end sets (mask, snorkel, fins) start around $50 but if you can you should aim higher for better quality.

Like others have said, a dive shop is your best bet as you will want to try on the mask (and fins) if possible. Otherwise, just do a yahoo search and you should be able to find a retailer with sets.

because masks should be tried on do to differnt face shapes
