Calorie Burning Exercises?
Well im going to be setting up a 1 week plan to lose some weight and don’t worry im getting the nutrition part down but i would like to know some good exercises to lose calories fast… it can be anything from sprinting up a hill to laps around the track with a Snorkel on.
I just need stuff that can be done outside as i don’t have access to a gym and if i need to buy something just put out the avg price of it and i’ll se if i can get it.
Thank you for any help.
note i can take 5 hour workouts im not looking for an easy way im just looking for what yall found effective like i’ve heard that sprinting for for 30 min can burn more cals then a 1 hour jog certain things like that.
There’s a great article that talks about the best calorie-burning exercises. The basic list is walking, jogging, swimming, jumping rope, roller-blading, rowing and general sports like football and tennis. Biking and hiking are also good and interval training is by far the best (interval training is when alternate between periods of high-intensity exercises and low-intensity exercises in the same workout). Hope this helps.

Running without a doubt burns a TON of calories. I’ve burned up to 600 calories in an hour just by running. It also burns fat which is an additional plus. Also if you want nice abs, type in "7 minute abs" on youtube and do that exercise once a day. I don’t know how many calories that burns, but it gives a nice six pack on your stomach. Do that along with running and maybe life some weights and you will be good to go.
Edit: But be realistic, no one can sprint for 30 minutes, and it’s even difficult to run for an hour without taking breaks. Remember that you must physically be able to do these exercises without killing yourself.

REMEMBER:
30 MINUTES OF POWER WALKING BURNS 200-250 CALORIES
GOOD LUCK!!
