Where is the best place to snorkel in Key Largo Florida?

I want to do some offshore Snorkeling in Key Largo, where should I go? I just got done scuba diving at a wreck and French Reef (Pennekamp was supposed to take us to Molassis but they didn’t). So if you have any suggestions where to go off shore that would be great. I wanted to do offshore because it will save me money.

Bahia Honda State Park is a really good place to go.
